Godzilla General - Marusan/Bullmark Reissue
The figure is cast from the Bullmark Godzilla mold. The right foot is stamped with the Bullmark logo. Apparently these figures came out of the first Godzilla mold, which was slightly larger than the one Marusan and Bullmark used to crank out the final version of the figure. Compare it to one of your vintage ones and you should see a slight difference.The vinyl quality is somewhat softer than usual for M1 figures, the reason being that some of the original Bullmark molds are incompatible with the machinery at the company M-1 Go normally contracts to make their vinyls. So they're cranked out at another factory using an older process where the vinyl ends up thinner and softer.
